This workshop offers a safe, interactive and playful environment where participants can explore their sexual self-awareness, identify their desires and build confidence in expressing both pleasure and boundaries.
Learn how to recognize and challenge internalized shame
Shift negative sexual self-talk into affirming beliefs
Explore erotic pleasure in non-physical, self reflective ways
Strengthen communication related to desires and boundaries
While this workshop naturally invites reflection and self-discovery, it is not intended as a trauma-processing group, but rather an empowerment-focused experience that promotes confidence, connection and personal growth. Workshop limited to 13 participants.
