I work with individuals, couples, groups, and facilitate workshops on sexual health and sex related challenges. I assist my clients utilizing a therapeutic style that is affirming, sex positive, and empathetic to people of all backgrounds and affiliations. I am kink, poly, LGBTQIA, and Trans affirming. I work with clients who are dealing with an array of sexual and emotional concerns, including sexual shame and trauma, anxiety and depression, relationship conflicts, and sexual and/or gender identity conflicts.  I helps individuals discover their erotic blueprints, explore their fantasies, and incorporate their authentic erotic selves into their relationships. I also provide treatment of sexual dysfunctions including, painful sex, problems with erections, early ejaculation and the loss of desire.

I create a safe space for you, where our therapeutic relationship empowers you to embrace meaningful, personal growth.  In our therapeutic process, we will work together to identify your goals and create a unique plan to achieve them. It is my belief that the client is the expert on their own life.  My expertise in the study of human sexuality allows me to support you in specific ways that will propel you toward your greatest human and sexual potential.

I am a doctoral candidate at the Center for Human Sexuality Studies of Widener University and a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) at the Scottsdale Center for Sex and Relationship Therapy under the supervision of Isa Jones, LMFT, CST and Kim Glenn, LPC, CST. I hold a master’s degree in counseling from Chatham University and a bachelor’s degree from Northern Arizona University. I am a member of the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists (ASSECT) which allows me to stay up to date on research and the best practices in sex therapy.
