Relationship 101 is captured beautifully by Esther Perel: "The quality of our relationships determines the quality of our lives."

Finding a therapist that you connect with and feel understood by is an integral part of therapy. I help people work towards improved connection within themselves, their relationships, and their sexuality. At times we may struggle to communicate and connect with our partners, experience a lack of passion and romance, or have difficulty managing life struggles, distressing events, or conflict in our relationships. I believe pleasure and intimacy are key components to realizing your own worth. Whether you are looking to connect more deeply to yourself, a partner, or a community, I am here to reflect your own capacity for joy and fulfillment back to you.

I am passionate about working with couples and individuals around relationship concerns, intimacy, desire discrepancies/low desire, trauma, infidelity, anxiety, and sexual health & pleasure. I help couples and individuals increase insight and understanding of how their mind, body, and attachment styles influence their quality of life and relationships. I am here to listen, respect, and support you from a place of compassion, acceptance, and non-judgment. My therapeutic process is integrative and collaborative involving Emotionally Focused Therapy, The Gottman Method, and Internal Family Systems. My goal is to meet you where you are.

When I’m not in session I love to spend my time walking with my fur-baby, drinking lattes, reading fiction, and working out at the gym. I am an avid traveler and am always dreaming of my next vacation!
